Vidlok is a small script that stops unauthorised viewing of your videos. Use it in your pages with an embed script or with the popular Joomla plugin JW-AllVideos.

If you use JW-Allvideos that allows you to easily embed videos or use your own html to embed your videos on your pages, Vidlok will stop people stealing your bandwidth! For example, if you have a Joomla site that only allows registered users to view the videos, the source of the videos are easily found by looking at the source of the page, copying the url into the browser and anyone can view the content. Vidlok keeps your files safe! (Using the .htaccess control does not work as scripts do not send referrers).

The Vidlok script cannot be accessed from the browser and your video files are locked away below your root folder away from prying eyes!
